What you get
A clear picture of your data loop
Your loop status
One overall result on a five-level scale, from Open Loop to Optimised Loop.
Section scores
A score for each stage: Conditions, Actions, Outcomes and Learning, so you can see where you are strong.
Your weakest link
The stage that holds your loop back the most, with a practical recommendation on where to start.
Your decision profile
Craftsman, Observer, Operator or Learner: how you tend to make decisions today, and what AI can add for that profile.
How it works
Four stages, three questions each
Conditions
How you measure what is happening: soil moisture, weather and growth.
Actions
How those measurements drive irrigation, nutrition and the timing of cultural practices.
Outcomes
How you track results: clipping yield, surface quality, and disease and recovery.
Learning
How you refine thresholds, calibrate to your site and build confidence in your timing.
Open loop or connected loop
What changes when the loop closes
Open loop
- Decisions are largely reactive
- Measurements are taken but rarely trigger a specific action
- Results are not tracked, so it is hard to know what worked
- Each season starts from scratch
Connected loop
- Data flows from one stage to the next
- Clear thresholds trigger specific actions
- Outcomes are measured and linked back to what was done
- Thresholds are reviewed and refined season after season
